Easy One Hour Pumpkin Beer Bread
In my opinion, there aren’t many things in life more satisfying than homemade bread. Especially beer bread. But add pumpkin, too?! Now that’s something special.
This beer bread has that signature, subtle tang from the beer, but that tang is perfectly rounded out with pumpkin puree and warming spices. It’s not sweet, but it’s not too savory either. It’s warm, soft, dense, fluffy, and truly unlike any other bread you’ve had.
This pumpkin beer bread comes together in just one hour, and it couldn’t be easier to make. Simply dump all the ingredients in a bowl, mix, and bake! It’s that simple! For that shiny golden crust, don’t forget to add your slices of cold butter to the top before baking. It makes all the difference in the flavor and texture of the bread! When serving, I like slathering a slice with some more butter, pumpkin butter, honey or cream cheese!
