The easiest one-bowl recipe for weekend (or week-night) baking! It's seriously fool-proof. It's so fluffy, soft, and full of warm flavors. I hope you love it!
Mix all ingredients in one large bowl until just combined. Pour batter into a greased loaf pan and top with 4-6 slices of cold, salted butter. (The butter gives it a crispy, shiny coating and a delicious flavor!)
Bake for 40-50 minutes until lightly browned. It's done when a toothpick comes out clean after poking it in the center.
