Healthy Egg Salad (Mayo-Free)
Tired of having the same, boring salad or lunchmeat sandwich for lunch? Switch it up with this quick and easy, protein-packed Healthy Egg Salad that will keep you full for hours to help you power through the rest of your workday.

Egg salad is one of those lunch options that can appear to be the healthier choice but is often loaded with mayonnaise and other fattening ingredients. That’s why I made this easy, Healthy Egg Salad that’s mayo-free, and made of just a few simple, real food ingredients.

It packs a zesty punch from the dijon mustard and dill pickles, as well as a slight smokiness from the smoked paprika. Combined all together, the flavors create a crunchy, flavorful, and refreshing egg salad that will keep you wanting more.
Ingredients in Egg Salad:
- Hard boiled eggs

- Fresh lemon juice
