Looking for a new way to use up all those fresh peaches sitting in your fridge like me? This is your solution. This peach smoothie makes the perfect breakfast or post-workout snack. It’s packed with simple, healthy ingredients that taste as good as you’ll feel drinking it.

One of the secret ingredients in this power smoothie is collagen (I used this one from Vitamin Bounty). The best part about this collagen is that it’s truly flavorless, so it adds all the benefits of collagen without any taste!

The second secret ingredient in this smoothie is vanilla protein powder. This is totally optional, but I love the slight vanilla flavor it adds, as well as the thick, creamy texture. You can use whatever type of vanilla protein powder you like here. Just keep in mind that the texture and flavor of the smoothie may alter depending on the type of protein you use, or if you omit it altogether!

Ingredients in Peach Smoothie

  • one peach
  • dairy-free milk – you can also use dairy milk
  • plain Greek yogurt – feel free to use vanilla if desired, just keep in mind the smoothie will be sweeter!
  • a few ice cubes – keeps it cool and refreshing
  • vanilla protein powder (optional)
  • Vitamin Bounty collagen
  • honey – adds the perfect touch of sweetness
  • dash of cinnamon – brings out the peach flavor!

How to Make Peach Smoothie

Simply add all ingredients to your blender until well combined, and enjoy! It couldn’t be any easier and it’s perfect for a quick, on-the-go breakfast.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 fresh peach, chopped
  • ½ cup dairy-free milk, I like Silk original soy milk
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder, optional
  • ¼ cup plain Greek yogurt
  • a few ice cubes
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • dash of cinnamon

Instructions
 

  • Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until all ingredients are well incorporated. Pour into your glass and enjoy!
