1 papaya , seeds removed 1 cup plain greek yogurt , I like Fage 5% 1/2 cup stovetop granola , recipe on my site fresh fruit , for topping
Carefully slice papaya in half and scoop out seeds with a spoon. (These have a peppery flavor and can be saved for other recipes!)
Assemble yogurt bowl. Spoon 1/2 cup of yogurt into each papaya half, top with stovetop granola and any fresh fruit you like.
