Ingredients
  

  • 1 ½ cups roasted peanuts, unsalted
  • ½ tsp kosher salt
  • 1 tbsp. honey, or more to taste

Instructions
 

  • Simply add all ingredients to your blender or food processor. Blend on medium-high speed for 4-5 minutes or until smooth. Just keep blending, it will come together eventually!
  • Store in an air-tight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 months. To soften, remove from the fridge for 30-60 minutes prior to using.

Notes

  • Store leftover peanut butter in the an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 months.
