Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup mayo, use Whole 30 compliant if necessary
  • 1 tbsp dried dill
  • ½ tsp dried minced onion
  • juice from ½ lemon, about 3 tbsp
  • coarse black pepper, to taste

Instructions
 

  • Mix all ingredients together and store in an air-tight container.

Notes

  • Store leftover tartar sauce in an air-tight container in the fridge for 3 to 4 days.
  • Recipe makes about 1 cup tartar sauce.
